What you will learn:
This Course guides people who want performance-based, actual competency on live systems. The RHCE certification proves your ability to securely deploy and configure networking services on Linux servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux and enhances your knowledge and skill in areas of Linux system automation & administration.
Additionally an exam (EX300) earns RHCE certification by which a System Professional demonstrates the depth in system-administration skills, required in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. Hands-on-practice exercises and lab help the students to know about new features and capabilities of Linux environment. This course also helps you to proceed with the following certifications.
Red Hat certified system administrator (RHCE).
After completing, participants should be able to:
Configure network static routes, network address translation, and packet filtering.
Set kernel parameters at runtime.
Configure and Implement Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) initiator.
Generate reports on system behavior and utilization.
Use shell scripting to automate system maintenance tasks.
Configure system logging, including logging from remote.
Configure a system to provide services like Webservers (HTTP/HTTPS), Secure Shell (SSH), Network File System (NFS), Network Time Protocol (NTP), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Server Message Block (SMB), and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).
